They write direct to the customer and ask them to rate the villa based on several factors, i.e. Is the villa as described? Is it decorated to an acceptable standard? Did it meet the expectations of the renters and does it represent value for money? We have no say in the review and they are then published on their web site and the owners are 'scored' for the service they offer. We have been awarded 'Best Buy' by the company having achieved an extremely high level of positive reviews.
